Redeeming a coupon from rghtnow.com (Where Applicable)
If a consumer is permitted to use a rghtnow.com coupon through the website or app, such discount may only be used to pay the entire amount; partial redemption is not permitted. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Limitations on purchase quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud departments are some of the situations that may result in the order being cancelled; additional verifications or information may be requested before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if additional information is required to accept your order, we will contact you. If you cancel your order after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card account. No cash payments will be made under any circumstances. You will receive a push notification with your shipment tracking number once your order has left our logistics centre. Credit/Debit Card Information
“We accept payments online in AED (or any other agreed currency) using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.” The accepted cards’ logos shown on payment check-out page for your information purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the Credit/Debit Card or, in such case the transaction is accepted, cancel the transaction, at our sole discretion, as part of our own fraud detection program. The Credit/Debit card details provided by you for benefiting from the services on the Website or app will be truthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the Credit/Debit card which is lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a Credit/Debit card transaction, you must use your own Credit/Debit card. We will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

If there are any problems with the product, the customer has the option of contacting the manufacturer’s local agent, merchant store, or any other trained person to repair the product or take any support from Customer service agent of Rght Now in the UAE, all warranty cover from merchant store if purchase from merchant store and depend on his policy terms, Rght Now will provide only customer support for communication to resolve dispute or issue until limited level. All products shipped by us or merchant stores have passed our quality control checkpoints and are deemed functional when shipped.
2. All electronic items shipped are designed to operate on a voltage range of 220-240V. If you do not have the necessary equipment to operate on this voltage, you use the equipment at your own risk.
We will not accept products that have been damaged as a result of using faulty electrical sources or physical damage. Please read the owner’s manual before using your product to ensure that it meets the local requirements for safe operation.
3. Any additional costs incurred by us for redelivery will be claimed from you if a non-delivery occurs due to a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other incorrect information).
All orders are sent via courier or supplier delivery. Delivery is normally door-to-door, but this may not always be possible due to courier company restrictions or local laws.
4. You will provide accurate information as requested. We reserve the right, at any time, to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you. Shipping Charges Shipping charges will be calculated as follows: –

Refund Policy
a) Refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the following criteria:
• Arrived Damaged or Dead: If the product arrives in a damaged or unusable condition.
• Unable to Obtain Product: If the product cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame of 7–10 days from the date of order authorization.
• Irreparable Product: If the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

c) Refunds are permitted only after being duly approved by the Rght Now L.L.C-FZ. and merchant business partner after sales support team.
d) The product refund is applicable in the case product is malfunctioning and not repairable.
e) Rght Now L.L.C-FZ.will affect the refund on receiving the unit back.
f) The product will be refunded at the same price as it was sold to you.
g) The settlement of the refund will only be affected once the bank has refunded the money which is next billing cycle from the date of application of refund.
h) Refund will be made through the credit/debit card only for Online Credit Card Payment.
i) Refund will be made ONLY at store level for Cash on Delivery.
j) Refund will be made through the as per mode of payment use like PayPal account for PayPal payment and credit card refund in credit card.
Refund Conditions
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”
1. The after-sales service team is the sole point of contact for any exchange, refund, or repair claim.
2. All items that are to be exchanged, refunded, or repaired must be accompanied by the Order Confirmation and the Original Delivery Note as proof of purchase and original packaging. Without it, no exchange, refund, or repair will be considered.
3. Any items that need to be exchanged, refunded, or repaired must be returned to the same merchant who sold them in the UAE. Regardless of the terms and conditions set forth herein, items will be exchanged, refunded, or repaired at the sole discretion of Rght Now L.L.C. and its business partners
Exchange or Refund
1. Items to be exchanged or refunded must be presented in their original “as new” box, with all accessories sealed (i.e., in re-sellable condition).
2. Items may only be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery or business partners policy.
3. Mobile phones, laptop computers, electronic tables, hygienic items (such as beard or hair care items), consumable items (such as DVDs, CDs, and tapes), watches, and jewellery are not returnable unless found defective and returned within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date. To avoid doubt, Rght Now L.L.C -FZ will have the final say on whether the items are truly defective at its sole discretion.
4. Refunds must be issued in the same manner as the item was purchased. To avoid confusion, items purchased in cash will be refunded in cash, whereas items purchased with a credit or debit card will be refunded to the same credit or debit card.
5. Home delivery items may only be refunded in the event of non-delivery and upon written confirmation of such non-delivery from the supplier, merchant, or business partner.
6. Installed items are not returnable or exchangeable.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: “Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this application shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”.
Repairs
1. Items found to be defective after 3 days from the purchase or delivery date are subject to the terms and conditions or warranty of the supplier, merchant, and business partner, as applicable.
2. Items to be repaired are at the sole discretion of Rght Now LLC -FZ. For the avoidance of doubt, Rght Now L.L.C.-FZ may reasonably decide not the repair the items.
3. Items must be repaired within 30 days of their return date. If the items are not repaired within 30 days of the return date, the customer may be eligible for an exchange voucher for the amount paid, subject to the exchange conditions outlined above. To avoid any doubt, the item will not be refunded.
4. Accessories (such as batteries, chargers, and brushes) are not repairable and are not warranties.
5. Home delivery items (such as TVs, home theatres, and large appliances) are eligible for onsite maintenance, subject to the services of the supplier, merchant, and business partner.
